What can I do on TypingSpot?

Why did we make it?
Many people type in more than one language, and most typing sites only teach English.
- We wanted Urdu and Arabic typing lessons that are free and simple.
- We wanted you to practice on the keyboard you already own.
- We wanted honest scores that show real progress.
How do we build the lessons?
One layout per tutor
English uses US QWERTY. Arabic uses Standard Arabic (101). Urdu uses a phonetic layout.
Clear scoring
Drill scores are 70% accuracy and 30% speed. Tests count 5 characters as one word.
Plain text
We write our own sentences and paragraphs. Word lists use common words.
Each page says what we checked and what we did not. Found a mistake? Tell us and we will look at it.
